The Fallbrook Public Utility District Water Reclamation Plant provides Title 22 tertiary-treated water to local users. Recycled water can be used to irrigate nurseries, playing fields, medians, home owners associations and common areas throughout the Fallbrook area. As part of the Recycled Water Program, routine inspections and tests will be conducted to ensure the safety of the potable water system.
