The District contractor FILANC is performing emergency pipeline replacement work on N Main Ave into December.  Originally the scope of this work was intended to end in October, but difficult field conditions have led to the expansion of the emergency work.   FILANC will coordinate with homeowners to maintain access to their properties, and additional communication will be sent out in the coming weeks regarding any shutdowns that will be needed to activate the new water line once installation is complete.  If you have any questions or concerns, please call FPUD at 760-728-1125 and select Engineering.
