Summer and Fall 2024 - pipeline replacement work near Via Arroyo and Winterwarm Drive

Update 9/9/2024 - District contractor has begun installing pipeline at the south end of Via Arroyo, with an estimated scope of pipe installation up to 2750 Via Arroyo this week.

Update 9/3/2024 - District contractor (CCL Contracting) is finishing potholing existing utilities, procuring materials and mobilizing equipment to lay pipe.

Pipeline installation will begin at the south end of Via Arroyo (near Villa Arroyo and Rosemarie Ln), work north to Winterwarm, and then along Winterwarm Dr north to Gracey Lane. Then West along Winterwarm Dr from Via Arroyo towards Winterwarm Way. The entire project is expected to take six to eight months. Once work begins, weekly updates will be provided on this website indicating the specific area of work for the upcoming week.

Watermain replacement work will be done along Winterwarm Drive and Via Arroyo beginning in summer 2024. The project is currently expected to continue through December 2024.

The pipeline work will take place on Winterwarm Drive, between Winter Haven Rd and Winterwarm Way, and down Via Arroyo to its end.
