Update on FPUD operations and the COVID-19 pandemic

May contain: indoors and bottle

Important things to know:

  • FPUD's lobby is closed to the public until further notice - In an effort to protect staff and customers, in-person customer service has been suspended. You can still speak with District staff about billing and water/wastewater service or other questions during normal business hours (contact details below).
  • FPUD business and operations are being performed as usual - While many staff are working remotely or in rotating shifts, the same level of service will be maintained throughout these difficult times. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us (details below).
  • FPUD water remains safe to drink - Before water reaches our taps, it goes through multiple treatment and disinfection processes to ensure quality and consistency. There is no evidence that coronavirus is transmitted through public water systems.

Watch the video below to learn how we will work with you to waive late fees, how to make payments and contact our staff. We can still answer all your questions!
