Print the entry form and create your picture. Use lots of color and use up the whole page. You don't need to use any words, but if you do, make sure they are spelled correctly. The deadline is Jan. 14, 2021.
You can turn in your drawing to your school, or you can mail it to Fallbrook Public Utility District, 990 E. Mission Road, Fallbrook CA 92028. Or you can drop it off in our parking lot in the Dropbox envelope.
