Regional CropSWAP Program 

Fallbrook Public Utility District has partnered with Rancho Water to introduce a regional rebate program to support the robust farming communities in southern Riverside County and northern San Diego County.  The program, titled Regional CropSWAP, will provide financial assistance for comprehensive crop upgrades (i.e. avocado root stock upgrades, crop conversion), irrigation efficiency improvements, and other on-farm best management practices that promote sustainable water use for agriculture.
