Meters are read in three cycles each month for billing periods ending the 10th, 20th, and 30th. An account is placed on a cycle according to the meter's location within the District. All customers are billed on a monthly basis. For more information, please see the rate sheets below.
If you have experienced a high bill due to an unintended water leak, you may be eligible for a leak adjustment. Please fill out the form below and mail to the District (Care of the Engineering Department) or email to fpudinfo@fpud.com.
NOTE: Accounts require a minimum 1-year usage history to be considered for adjustment. Requests are limited to one per 12-month period, with a maximum credit of 3 months per request.
*Note: Some accounts are charged for maintenance of a backflow device. In some cases, backflow may no longer be required for a water service. For more information, please visit our Backflow Program page on the right.
