Regular meetings of the Board of Directors are held on the fourth Monday of the month, or such time as the Board may direct, at the District Office located at 990 E. Mission Rd., Fallbrook, California. Any member of the public may request that the General Manager place an item on the agenda that is within the jurisdiction of the Board of Directors. Requests may be made to the Board Secretary at (760) 999-2704 or via email. Requests to place items on the agenda must be received no later than 10 days prior to the scheduled meeting date.
The Board of Directors currently has three standing committees that meet as required: (1) Fiscal Policy & Insurance Committee, (2) Personnel Committee, and (3) Engineering & Operations Committee.
