Project Description

The Fallbrook Public Utility District is in the final planning phase for a large pipeline replacement project.  With a projected cost of $4,050,000, the project will replace 9,000 feet of pipeline in the District’s service area in and near downtown Fallbrook. This portion of the FPUD water distribution system serves District residents, local small businesses, the Naval Weapons Station, and provides emergency service to Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton. Many of the 80-year-old pipelines are approaching the end of their anticipated service life. The replacement is crucial to serve citizens and avoid environmental damage and threat to the community.  Please see area map for the project below.
