The Fallbrook Public Utility District FOG Program is designed to meet State Regulations in order to reduce blockages, clogs, and damage to the sanitary sewer system related to Fats, Oil, and Grease (FOG). Preventing FOG from entering the sewer system will reduce the potential of sewage overflows and improve the overall performance of the wastewater treatment plant. As part of the FOG Program, routine inspections and sampling will be conducted of all Food Service Establishments (FSE) in Fallbrook.
