Participants will pick up their plants at a pickup event, Nov. 6 from 9 - 11 a.m. at the FPUD offices.  Each participant will recieve an allotment of emply flats, and will select various 3" potted succulents to fill their flats during the pickup event.  All participants must agree to a post-planting inspection after the project is complete.
