Pipeline work to take place at night near S Mission Rd and Almond St from July 26 to July 31
Contractors employed by the District will be doing nighttime pipeline work near S Mission Rd and Almond St from July 26 to July 31. The scope of the project is the installation of a 24” transmission main to take local water from a water treatment plant (currenly under construction near Alturas Rd), and distribute this water throughout the FPUD service area.
Since the work will be taking place in the roadways, there may be traffic impacts while work is underway. The District does not anticipate any water service interruptions or shutdowns during this phase of the work.
